I found a great bargin that I could pay cash for out of my moms estate proceeds. Thats the good, the bad: Renters. Who smoked. In the house. A lot. The Ugly: Brown paint. In Every Room!!! Really?
So this week has been all about priming the walls, and getting ready to move in this weekend. Its a project house, needs new decks and porches, the landscaping is well, there isn't any. But, its mine all mine and I have lots of time to work on it.

ReplyDeleteIt's a lot harder than it looks. I have no patience for the process. Our house is a fixer upper that we bought over ten years ago. Still not all fixed up and now the rooms we did 10 years ago need a refresh. It never ends.
